Delivery of Digital Products

Delivery of Digital Catalogs and Documentation

All products available in our store are primarily delivered in digital format (PDF catalogs, technical documentation, service manuals, etc.).

After payment confirmation, ordered products can be delivered in one of the following ways:

  • via customer’s e-mail address,
  • via WhatsApp/Viber message,
  • via download link,
  • on USB flash drive or external hard drive,
  • by personal pickup upon agreement.

Delivery on USB Flash Drive / Hard Drive

If the customer requests delivery on a physical storage device (USB flash drive or external hard drive):

  • shipping costs are borne by the customer,
  • the cost of the USB flash drive or hard drive is borne by the customer,
  • unless the customer provides their own storage device in person or sends it by mail.

If the customer provides their own storage device, only the return shipping cost applies (if applicable).

Delivery Time

Digital delivery usually takes between 15 minutes and 24 hours after payment confirmation, depending on the payment method and documentation availability.

Physical delivery on USB media depends on preparation time and courier/postal service delivery times.

  • Revolut
  • PayPal
  • Cash upon agreement

Important Notes

  • Digital products are not subject to standard physical shipping unless the customer specifically requests delivery on a physical storage device.
  • Once digital content has been sent, refunds are not possible except in cases of technical error or incorrectly delivered product.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information to ensure timely delivery.
